| Phil’s plays include DON’T HUG ME winner of 4 Artistic Director Achievement Awards in Los Angeles including Best Original Musical and Best Author Original Play, published by Samuel French and booked into over 40 cities around the country since it opened in 2003, A NICE FAMILY GATHERING, Winner of the Rochester Playwright Festival, published by Samuel French, KOLD RADIO, WHITEFISH BAY (a.k.a. CRAPPIE TALK), Winner of the Gilmore Creek Playwriting Competition, published by Eldridge. His new musical comedy, A DON’T HUG ME CHRISTMAS CAROL, the sequel to DON’T HUG ME, opened in 5 cities in 2006, and will soon be published by Samuel French. Phil has several published one-acts that have been produced in Los Angeles and New York. He also sold a couple screenplays, script doctored three screenplays that were produced, and wrote for two television shows. |
